I’m Susendiran Chandran a passionate yoga instructor and therapist with over 15 years of personal practice and experience helping people reconnect with their bodies, breathe freely, and live pain-free lives. My journey into yoga began with curiosity and has grown into a life-long calling to guide others through the healing power of breath, movement, and mindful living. I specialize in posture correction, mobility enhancement, and therapeutic yoga, blending ancient wisdom with practical, science-informed methods. Whether working with individuals recovering from injuries or guiding group sessions for overall wellness, my goal is to make yoga accessible, meaningful, and deeply transformative for each person I meet.
